I’m Tona, founder of oRo Organisation. After more than 20 years working in Financial Services, I understand how much good organisation matters when life is full of competing demands. I also know that the things we carry rarely fit neatly into one category: work, family, decisions, appointments, ideas, worries and everything else competing for attention. I created oRo because the products that looked professional rarely held enough of life, and the products that held enough of life rarely looked professional.

oRo creates beautiful organisation products for women who carry their world. Our approach is simple: serious organisation, with style. Products should feel as at home in a boardroom as they do managing the rest of life, without the decorative or “Mummy Planner” styling that so often dominates the category.

Our products are designed to be gender-neutral in use, while the oRo brand and community remain especially focused on supporting experienced women and the mental load they carry.
